Gas prices keep soaring and statistically speaking never go down. What as a nation are we doing? Well we made hybrids and electric cars. Thats great but the average american can not afford to buy a new car. Has anyone ever thought about water as a solution? I sure had not. I figured if that was a solution we would all be using it…turns out WE ARE ALL Wrong!
